arcteryx once again amazes me with their quality. this jacket fits great and is super warm. i bought this to take on a thru hike of the AT. i have been testing it every chance i get. a lot of jackets and tops seem to get way too bulky in the armpits when you layer them. i have been using an under armor cold gear mock neck, the arcteryx mid layer hoodie with a deep v neck, and this jacket as my 3rd layer. even with my full pack on and with hiking poles, my shoulders and pits stay comfortable. great jacket. great company.
