"Man vs Wild" is almost always enjoyable and safe for the whole family to watch, but this episode is a bit on the extreme side. Bear is dropped above the Arctic Circle (not alone like "Survivor Man", but the camera crew stays out of the way) and, as usual, he demonstrates survival skills to endure the elements.

While I won't give away any of the action, this episode is not for those with a weak stomach. We also see a lot more of Bear than I ever wanted to see (the "naughty bits" are blurred out). Also as usual, I wouldn't want my kids to emulate some of the riskier stunts.

Still, this is an entertaining episode that was fun to watch! Recommended!
