It's been a long time since I found a CD that is good start to finish. The first song, State I'm In, is a catchy rock anthem that kicks off this great collection of confessional, guitar-driven songs. Most of the tracks are high-energy with groovy hooks. Things get a little more intimate and sweeping with Pasadena and Good 2 Be Here. If you enjoy traditional, organic rock with interesting transitions and strong vocals, check out Mother Eff. Slam-the-bedroom-door-and-drown-the-world-out music for grown ups.
