This mini is where Marvel traded in a cheesy villian version of the greek god for a true God of War.

This is probably one of the best graphic novels I've read in a while! The art and the writing go together very well, and it overall comes out as an incredible epic. One of the best things about it is that it doesn't get tied down by continuitity like so many other comics that refer to 60 other stories that you have to read to know what the heck is going on. Marvel needs to do more self-contained stuff like this. Well worth your time and money!
