Sometimes Glenn's books are really graphic-intensive. Wondering if this one is, and how that comes through digitally, if anyone can fill me in.

Try the free preview. It contains numerous illustrations. You can judge for yourself. The cartoons and other illustrations look pretty good to me on my Kindle2. Of course, the illustrations are better in the hardcopy (I looked at one in my local bookstore), but on the Kindle2 they aren't that bad.
