The Argus DC-1730 is a 3-in-1 digital camera with photo, web, and video functions. It features a CMOS 640x480 image sensor, 1.1-inch CSTN display, 8MB internal memory, USB download, 1/30 to 1.8 second shutter speed, 10-second self-timer. Arcsoft Photo editing software is also included. The camera is powered by two AA batteries (not included).

Although the screen is small, it's the cheapest camera out there with a LCD. Don't use the VGA resolution for printing large glossy pics, use it mostly for emailing and viewing on the computer (works great). Missing SD card slot, but, at least it has decent memory.
