If you're looking for a brief overview of Aristotle and his writings, don't waste your time or money on this book. It only deals with the Poetics. A better and much more complete look at Aristotle is a book called "On Aristotle" from the Wadsworth Philosophers Series. It's a few dollars more, but it's money well spent.
