I ordered the Miami Dolphins Frosted Pint Glass (16-ounce, Set of 2) two different times and I received both orders. Neither one was like the picture on screen, above right. Those were the ones I wanted for my son for Christmas. Instead I was sent, both times, Miami Dolphins Frosted Pint Glass with a picture of a dolphin instead of the word "Dolphins" written out which was the ones I wanted. I would think if you put a picture on screen of an item, and did not have it, you would let the customer know and they could decide if they wanted a different item, not just go ahead and send the one that you have in stock. I did keep all four glasses even though they werent the ones that I originally ordered. Felt it was just too much of a hassle and too time consuming around the holidays to send them back. Hopefully this e-mail to you will eliminate this happening again. I do order frequently on Amazon and this is the first time I have had a problem. Thank you.

Disappointed that I had to return these glasses. They arrived not a pictured, which is why I gave them a 3 star rating. The glasses I received did not have the imprint of the three stars logo all over the frosted glass as shown. Amazon sent me another set as they thought it may have been a production error with the one I received. However, the second set was the same as the first. Other than the photo and description being incorrect, the glasses were heavy duty and appeared to be well made.

Bought these for the bar at home, they look so great they get used for non-beer drinks all the time as well as the frosty beer needed to sooth the pains of watching the Raiders play a game....
Great looking glasses, will buy more soon.

I bought these glasses as a Christmas present, they arrived on time, and where exactly what the picture showed. Very happy with this purchase!

I bought a couple sets of these for game days and they look great. The color is true and the glass feels very solid. A nice addition to my cabinet. So far after several cycles of the dishwasher the lettering has not shown any wear. I would recommend top rack only though to minimize exposure to high temps.

Purchased the Saints edition about 3 weeks ago. These pint glasses looked good online and are even better in person. This was the dirty Santa gift of the night.

I purchased this product as a shower gift one set for the bride with her favorite team and the other for the groom. Very nice, well made, great gift. I would reccommend this product.

I bought these because my boyfriend had been begging me for the much more expensive 49ers tumblers from Bed, Bath, and Beyond for Christmas. These came quickly, very well packaged, and I couldn't be happier with the quality.

Bought this set for my dad who is a Raiders faithful (you would need to be with the season they are having - again!). Anyway, he said they look excellent and he really likes the etchings in the frosted glass. He actually said he thought they stayed colder than other pint glasses (I personally can't imagine this is true but...). Also, and most importantly, the Raiders guy is NOT smiling. Cheap Raiders gear always seem to have a smiling guy - this one is officially grim (maybe he is looking at their 2010 record!)

Highly recommended.

These pint glasses rock. They're sturdy and attractive looking. My husband & I put them in the freezer before we put beer in them and it's just like we're out at a restaurant watching games.
