I am a practicing real estate attorney. I am a state certified real estate instructor and I own and operate two real estate schools. I am a Professional Member of the National Speakers Association and regularly give presentations about real estate law.

I enjoy writing and maintain a blog and have written several books about real estate law. My latest book (July 2010) is Presentation Excellence: 25 Tips, Tricks & Techniques for Professional Speakers and Trainers.

In my "free time," I like whitewater (Class III and IV) kayaking. Truth be told, I would rather kayak than practice law, but I have not yet figured out how to support a family of six by kayaking for a living (but I have not yet given up all hope of finding a way).

A great and helpful book. Each state varies, and this book is exclusive to Arizona Landlord/Tenant Law. Has all the right forms and advice. Has saved me alot of money by learning proper screening and eviction proceedures.

This book will keep your butt out of court and afford you the ability to run your investment property like a professional. Kind of like "Landlording for Dummies". Have bought them for my investor clients.
