This is a GREAT book for Wildflower lovers. We like to identify the wildflowers we see, as we travel around Arkansas. The book makes it easier to find the right one - it's essentially grouped by flower color. Instead of having to leaf through many pages looking for the right flower (and forgetting what it looked like in the process), the search in this book is quicker. Our copy currently resides in our Great Room for our leisure reading, but it will certainly make its home in our truck for our explorations! PLUS Amazon.com delivered this purchase much faster (by a month!) than Barnes & Noble could do it - and w/no shipping cost, it was comparable in price or less than B&N w/sale & discount! Kudos Amazon.com - Great customer service!

I love this book! I'm so glad I bought it! It is so helpful. The way the flowers are arranged by color makes it so easy to find the one I'm looking for, and I was thrilled to find the details about how the plants had traditionally been used by some Native Americans. The photo quality is amazing!
