I ordered these as well thinking there were 4 in a set. It clearly said a set of 4 so I ordered 2 sets thinking I was getting 8. Well not the case. Funny how it does not state that now. I will be sending these back,as they are not worth the money. They slip off of my wooden chairs and they do not tie to the chair. Also there were no reviews posted yet when I ordered so I hope I help by posting this.

When I placed the order for this pad, the description read set of 4 pads, now the order was received and only one pad came, I called Amazon and they insist that the description was only for one, this kind of thing has happen to me several time, I think I just need to stop ordering from Amazon and give my hard earned cash to some other company that will take better care of their customers.

Like the other reviewers here, when I placed this order the item description clearly said that the price was for a set of 4 cushions. I only received one and now that I look at the description online here it has changed since I placed the order. This was very misleading.

I had the same experience with this product. In late February, I ordered two 4-packs and expected to receive eight cushions. Not so. I received two cushions. I called Amazon customer support. They were very nice, and offered to reorder two more 4-packs for me at no charge. And I didn't even have to return the first two cushions!

Today, the reorder arrived. Two more cushions! Now, after waiting more than a month, I have exactly half of the cushions I need. And it will cost an arm and a leg to acquire the complete set. The quoted price is a great bargain; unfortunately, it is only 1/4th the amount you will have to spend.

Some good news - the cushions appear to be well made.

Don't let the photo fool you. The no-stick pad on the backside of the cushion extends all the way to the edge around the entire perimeter of the cushion, which wouldn't be a problem, except that the no-stick pad is lighter than the cushion itself. As a result, the cushion looks cheap when viewed from the side. Comfortable, and a nice color and shape, but not nice enough for my formal dining room table. I will be returning this product.

When I ordered this prodcut, the description had said there were 4 chairs, when the first shipment arrived, there was only one, I notified Amazon and the customer care representative confirmed there should be 4 pads, the next shipment arrived and only one arrived again. I did not reorder, the two received did ot fit the chairs I had bought so there was no reason to place another order.

My review is not going to be different than all above. I thought it was my fault, that I misread the ad, but I see now I Didn't. Returning the item today
