First off, I must say that I wound up returning the product.

PROS
- These Chenille fabric pillows were very soft
- The material felt very good
- Shipped really fast and arrived within 2 days
- I think that these can be mashed up into any corner on a sofa to make it even more comfortable

WHY I RETURNED:
- I mistakenly assumed that 18" was the size that the pillows would be...this is true if you grab the corners and hold them taught and measure them but in their naturally fluffy state they're more like 16.5x16.5 which was a bit small for the use that I needed. I needed floor pillows to go in front of my fireplace vs couch pillows which is more what these are but since I'm not an interior decorator and don't have much experience with these kinds of things, I made a mistake and ordered too small.

THE AMAZON RETURN PROCESS:
Amazon's return process has to be the easiest in the world. I logged in, went to my account clicked on a button and printed out two pices of paper. One is the RMA that goes inside the box and the other is a mailing label (no postage necessary). I applied the label put the pillows back in new unused condition, and sent them back via regular mail. A week later, I got an e-mail stating that they had received the item. PERFECT. Hassle free returns. The easiest process I've ever followed for online returns.

PILLOW SIZE SELECTION
I learned a few things in selecting decorative pillows through this process.

- 18x18 is a great size for supplementary sofa pillows
- 20x20 is about the minimum size for a decorative pillow that you want to stand out from the pillows on your sofa
- 25x25 if what you need for decent sized floor pillows (which is what I needed and wound up buying)

Anyway, hope it helps. If nothing else, buy with confidence from Amazon, you're covered if you need to return an item.

soft, comfy, good size. but 3 weeks in, it's already getting a bit lumpy.

These pillows are pretty good for the price. Yes, they do get flattened, but I have a few of them together in different colors on the couch and they are decorative and comfortable. They are very soft and look great together. I may get more because of the great price. So far I have not had any come apart at the seams. My cat tends to be rough on pillows by chewing and scratching and so far my similar pillows with the fringe are his favorite, but these ones have lasted nicely.

A great pair of very soft, comfortable pillows at a GREAT price. Nice fabric. Even with free, Super Saver shipping, I received mine in just 2 days. Excellent service. They could be just a bit "fuller" or "thicker" in my opinion. That's the only thing that kept my rating from being 5 stars. But, again, at the price you just can't beat it. Very pleased.

Very soft, nice colors, good deal for two pillows. Only downside is filling seems to bunch up after a while, though it can be beat back in to shape easily. Very squishy and comfortable.

i bought these to get me through just the fall season and they won't make it. i've had them three weeks and they look horrible. very lumpy. they feel soft and squishy and they were cheap so that's the reason they get two stars instead of one.

The pillows were very pretty, and I especially liked that they were a solid color. Unfortunately, they were not truly a wedgewood blue color. They were much deeper in color (almost a blue/purple shade), so I had to send them back as they just did not fit in with my current color scheme.

Very soft, comfortable pillows, and the price is right for this two-pack. I would prefer brighter colors, but this green is not bad.

A good price for a set of aesthetically pleasing and soft-to-the-touch pillows, but the main problem I noticed with these pillows is that they shed little hair-like fibers all over the place when moved or touched. I recommend getting pillow covers for them--unless one doesn't mind getting little fibers on their clothing, furniture and/or in their hair.
