I purchased the stay-at-home adult pads for my 6 month old Morkie. she has been a doozy to train, and as I am gone at work most of the day she has to entertain herself in my girl cave for hours. I being a new dog owner have already tried several different brands ( Four paws, Super pads, simple solution etc) and all with varied results. She uses her crate and her potty station interchangeably when she has to go...and as she gets older she's going less and less. I ran out of her four paws pads and just picked these up at Target on a whim. ( the price was great, 14.95 for 75 pack). When I put it down at her potty station I was a little taken back by how super thin they were ( seriously like handkerchief thin, like Nancy Reagan thin, like Lindsey Lohan's chances of getting an Oscar thin). Nevertheless, I put them out for use ( they have a great baby powder-like smell) and waited patiently for Queen Emmy to do her business. Well 15 minutes later, she climbed right into her crate and made use of it. I noticed that despite its anorexic appearance it was quite absorbent. Usually when she goes, if I don't change it within the hour- or I come home after work, I can smell the pads, but over the weekend I was in and out all day and I didn't even know she had used both the crate and the potty station. The baking soda in the pads is really effective and there was no wetness either on the crate tray nor the potty station. So, for me its a so far so good situation. I realize that everyone's experience with this brand has not been has favorable as mine, and that's a shame because who wants to waste money? However, I am pleased with what I purchased and will definitely use them again.

I really dont know what you all are talking about they are absolutely leak resistant. My multipoo is about 15 lbs and I have no problem. When she goes, the pads completely absorb and my house never has an odor. They are worth it and I recommend them. I have been using them for about 4 years now and never have they let me down. Thumbs up for me.

I've tried many brands of pee pads (from the leading brands to unheard ones), they are whether has problems such as leaks, too thin so it would messed up easily, or too expensive (very common), sometimes it's so expensive that it's ridiculous! I finally tried A&H puppy pads, bought it (unfortunately only available) at Target around $13 for 50 pk + 5 pk of bonus inside. So far only 1 out of 8 leaks, but i can live with that since the price to quality and quantity ratio is hard to beat. Another good pad i've tried is "Simply Out!" brand, also at target. These two are the best if you have indoor dogs or puppies.

They are not good at all. I used another brand before and couldn't find them so I tried these. My 17 year old cat is 6 lbs and has kidney disease so she passes more liquid than a typical cat, but still only 6 lbs and if she goes anywhere but the very center, some urine runs off the side of the pad and onto the wood floor, and underneath that pad. The edges are horrible at stopping any leakage. They are super thin and don't hold much. Disappointed. Tired of cleaning up the floor. I have to put a lot of them down to get some coverage, and then it's wasteful.

I tried several training pads for my chihuahua. I thought these being Arm & Hammer, they would be great. These are the WORST pads ever!! They are so thin, they have NO absorbing ability. I had pee everywhere, even under the pad. I tried Bull-eye, Peewee and now these. I wasted lots of money so far. Next, I am trying Retreiver at Tractor Supply. Help! If anyone knows what kind works let us know!

I really love these pads, both the puppy size and the adult dog size. My cocker is in all day while I am at work and even now and again must use the pad. Arm and Hammer with the soda absorbs the odors so there is absolutely no stink at all. They also have a nice backing so there is never leakage onto the floor. These pads are great!

If you read the front of the package it says "Leak Resistant". That means they are not leak proof. So when your animal uses it and you pick it up to throw it away, the floor is wet underneath and needs to be cleaned. There are other brands that work great, so my advice is don't buy these. Right now I'm doubling them (which works better but costs more) to use them up. It seems weird to me that you'd make a puppy pad that leaks on purpose. I wonder if the company makes umbrellas.

My 20 year old cat is having some incontinence issues when she gets down from her cat tree, so I am using these pads to catch the urine. Also using the pads in a litter pan when kitty is spending time in a different room, because she has to urinate fairly frequently (has had renal issues for several years and gets sub-q fluids). They are working very well for these needs. These pads also work well in a crate, when transporting your cat to a vet or on a trip - if there's any kind of mess, clean up is much easier.

Here's what I like:
* the pads absorb well and hold the urine
* protective liner (plastic bottom layer) works well - no leaking
* seems to absorb urine immediately - kitty is not tracking urine on paws
* the pad size fits a litter pan nicely
* pad in litter pan can be used a few times before needing to be changed (depending on amount of urine put out by kitty)
* can easily be folded (or even cut) to use in a smaller space
* great for travel - place in crate to catch any potential messes and make clean-up easy
