My cat & I both like this cat tree. It was very easy to put together. It is very stable & does not tip over when my cat jumps on it. The color is a neutral color that goes with most room colors. The price is very reasonable for the excellent quality of this product.

Good product. Easy assembly. I have four cats and they all love it. Some of the cats started playing with it, before it was fully assembled. Two of my cats are rather large and they don't totally fit in the cubby area. I wish the cubby had more space to accommodate larger cats. I would also prefer if there was another level to help the cats get up and down the thing easier, with out having to jump down so hard on the floor. The ramp is rather steep and therefore kind of pointless. Over all good product.

The shipping was quick and assembly easy. The cats love it. It's stable and a nice color to go in any room. I bought 2 other condos and I am pleased with each one. Great price too.

It arrived 4 days early and I set it up in about 15 minutes. It comes with everything that you need to set it up; screws and tools too! The instructions are simple and easy to follow. Anyone can put it together. It looks just like the picture and the top level is high enough to where my cat can sit and look out the window. I no longer have to deal with all the DVD's that she used to knock over by jumping on my TV. While some cats may take to it right away, my cat tends to me more cautious than anything. Because it's something new and she's never seen one before, to get her to use it, I put her on the top level and pet her and praise her so that she knows that it's safe for her and introduce the different platforms that she can jump on. If you have a cat like mine, let them take their time and they will start using it in a couple of days or so. Once you see them marking it by brushing up against it, you will know that they have accepted it and are making it theirs. One note, if you place it on a carpet like most apartments or homes have, it may be a little shaky but it's still safe if they jump from the top platform.

Update...I have owned this for a few months now and my cat loves it. The trick that I wanted share if your cat won't sleep on it and still prefers your lap is that if you take one of your shirts that you have worn all day and has a really good amount of your scent on it, rub it or let it sit on the platforms and inside the box for a while. When your cat smells you in those areas they will spend the day there until you get home. I discovered this trick by watching a cat show that said that cats recognize each other by scent. It made scense when I would come home and she would be sleeping on my office chair. I rubbed my shirt on the top platform and now she, my cat, spends her day there until I get home. I know that she loves me because it's either there or on my lap. She won't go with anyone else now.

This cat tower is wonderful! My kitten loves it. Like the other reviewers said, my cat also started playing on it before I could finish putting it together. Shipping was very fast, it came way before it was suppose to. It was very easy to put together. The directions were clear and easy to follow.

This tree is great! Sturdy, easy to assemble, and a perfect size. My kitten loves it and it gives her a good thing to scratch and scale in my studio apartment. She scratches on the sisal posts all the time and sleeps and plays in the tree for hours a day.

The only con is the puff balls... they are made of little bits of yarn tied together and my kitten was pulling out each bit of yarn and trying to eat it, so there is a potential choking/string consuming hazard if your cat chews on everything like my kitten does. I replaced them with cheap fur balls on elastic from Petco and that worked great. The loop to tie the toys on isn't the most durable as my kitten destroyed it within a month. Even without the toys though, my cat still loves the tree.

Despite this one downside, it is still a great tree and well worth the price.

The cat condo arrived faster than I expected and in perfect condition. We specifically picked this one because it is made with fleece, not carpet. Now we no longer end up with little carpet shreds all over the house from the carpet scratch-pole since replacing it with the fleece-covered condo.

The condo was super easy to put together -the cats were climbing all over it as soon as I opened the box. Basically, it was a HUGE hit -they just love playing on it and hanging out on it. I plan on ordering another one for the family room.

We have two cats, one is 8 pounds and the other is 12 pounds. They can climb around on this tree without it wobbling too much, I have it against a wall, next to a window. They like the top level the best.

The product came unassembled and was incredibly easy to put together. It's important to get everything tight to prevent wobbling.

The material is durable and soft. The pillars are scratching posts that are tightly wound rope/twine material that the cats claw on a lot.

The item is somewhat large but it looks nice. It's easy to move around, not bulky.

I recommend this product. I paid $97 after shipping in december 2008.

Overall a good product. I bought this for a relative who has two cats. The smaller one uses it, but the larger cat weighs about 16 pounds and will not go to the top level because it swayed with him and he apparently got scared. He avoided it for a long time, but will now occasionally get on the lower levels. It was not too hard to put together, but one screw was missing for the ascending ramp. We had to drill additional holes to attach the furry balls on strings.

Seems pretty stable. Cats love the fleece. Good size, not too big, fits in well with the house. Better for kittens to large cats. For those with REALLY big cats, u may want to find something else. The dangling cat toy lasted a good 2-3 minutes before being ripped off by one of my cats. I'd advise not to use it unless your cats arent aggressive. Otherwise, im satisfied with it. Better then what I saw at local pet stores.
