This condo wobbles everytime my cat jumps on it. He definitely loves the individual components but as a whole it is not very stable.

This was our first Armarkat tree purchase, and the smallest, just to try out the products. Three years later, battered by a multiple-cat household, and well-loved by all, this little tree is still hanging in there. Don't let the teddy bear-like faux fur fool you...it can take the claws and is easily cleaned with a small brush. I knew we had a winner when the cats were already on it as I assembled it.

Replacement for a worn out version
The cats love it. Which is all I need to know about it. This was purchased as a replacement for a worn out taller version form the same manufacturer. No complaints.

Cat tower
Very nice product but the base isn't large enough so its a little shaky. If you screw it to a bigger base it works great.

Not Stable
First time my cat jumped onto it, it toppled over. The base isn't very stable. If you can try to find something with a wider base.

Pretty good for the price
This is the second cat tree I have purchased from this company. The other much larger one I prefer to this one, but basically I think they make good products for a good price. Read more

A bit unstable, but I did get a great deal
This tree is going to be unstable for any cat larger than a few pounds. If you've got chubby cats, this might not work for you. Read more

Good item but beware!!
Be aware that this item has a metal Armarkat logo on it. Why I specify this is because I cut my hand open when trying to move the scratching tree - so beware of buying this product... Read more

Pretty good, but not perfect
