I was given this great book for my birthday. Not only has Denes done a thorough job of presenting easy to understand workouts but he has formatted the book so you can build your own workout to suit your needs. You can do as much or as little as you want to. I like that he has included an interesting mix of different activities...swimming, walking, running, cycling for variety. This is a great gift for anyone over 50 (or actually younger...it is very flexible.)So when you are invited to the 50Bash party...this beats the box of chocolates.
