Garabet K Moumdjian is first and foremost an academician specializing in Ottoman, Armenian, and Middle Eastern History.He has taught at college and university (undergraduate) levels for 15 years. He has worked as a journalist for more than 2 decades. Dr. Moumdjian is a freelance translator since 1980 in Armenian, Arabic, and Turkish. He also conducts research in Ottoman Turkish and knows Classical Armenian. Moumdjian is the author of several volumes and scores of articles in Academic journals.

Experts as well as layman will find this book interesting, since it caters to both groups. I have written about the French mandate period, 1918-1921, which ended up in disaster, since France signed an agreement with kemalist Turkey to withdraw from the area...
