For basic home-type Armenian cooking, they don't come better than this. Simple easy to understand instructions. Like having my mother standing at my elbow.

This recipe book was actually written by one of my distant cousins, so it pleases me to no end to see how well-loved it is. It's truly a wonderful recipe book, lovingly written with fun illustrations that I've enjoyed since childhood. The recipes are classic, easy to follow, and definitely authentic.

It's out of print, so if you can get your hands on it at a good price... do it!

This is to be our 2nd copy of this book. My husband is first generation American, born of Armenian parents in Chicago. He vouches for the authenticity of all the recipes we've used. We love them all. This book came in perfect condition! We are very pleased to have a 2nd copy.
