I bought it as a gift for my grandpa for fathers day he had a similar watch before but the band broke so i replaced it with this one and he loved it. Armitron is a good brand. This item was shipped in a couple of days.

I insist on using analog clocks whenever possible. My wristwatches over the decades have been perpetually analog: I like to visualize time flowing smoothly, not jerking from one second to the next. This chronometer does this well, but it unfortunately stops the second hand 59 times per minute. At least I can watch my life expire without looking at numerals changing in front of me.

I love the watch, and have had some nice comments on it. I only wish that it was easier to set just the day or date, because you are supposed to only pull the knob out one notch, but it usually goes in by itself after a few turns and you have to keep going through the process. It is very comfortable to wear, and the dial is easy to read. Most important, it keeps the time correctly, has barely missed anything.

My husband wanted a watch to wear around the yard, house etc. because his other watch is a Rolex. He likes the look of this Armitron watch so much, he sometimes wears it instead of his Rolex. It works well too.

The watch band is a fixed expansion band that does not allow for length adjustment. Product had to be returned as the band was too short for my wrist even though my wrist is average.

This watch has a much more expensive appearance than many at $100 and has durability as well as accuracy. It is an exellent buy for me.

Got this product for my uncle. He absolutely loved it. However, he has pretty thick wrists and the watch feels a little snug. Not a difficult problem to fix, take the watch to a place like JCPenny and have them add a couple of links. Overall, VERY satisfied with the purchase and my uncle is thrilled.

Bought two watches for my 17yr and 16yr old sons. They love the way they look and so far no complaints. Great watches at a great price.
