Buy this CD. It is that simple. The music is lovely, haunting, and sometimes challenging. If you ever wondered what recorders could sound like when played with skill and verve, this is it. Quoting Hamlet, this is "most eloquent music."

Technically superb, an artistic delight,

As a musician who has particularly enjoyed playing Bach on recorder, I had to check out this recording--and I was enthralled by this CD. The Bach selections are wonderful, of course, but the other works are selected, arranged, and performed to delight the most discriminating musical palate. What a find! If you have any interest in recorder music, this is a must-have. Even if you don't like recorder music, I'd say there's a good chance you'll enjoy this CD for its sheer artistry.
