I have a PC/electronic store and apply screen protection shields for customers all the time. I used only Zagg shields for iPad1 and iPad2. Since iPad3 came out, I found this ArmorSuit Military Shield and like to give it a try. Here is my experience.
Comparing to Zagg shield, it took me less than half of time to squeeze bubbles on ArmorSuit shield. Zagg obviously is thicker than ArmorSuite and creates more bubbles when applying. I spray the provided solution on fingertips, spray adequate solution on the shield when peering it off from its plastic sheet, and then apply it on iPad3. I do not spray the solution directly on iPad3.
Unlike Zagg, ArmorSuite "back shield" does cover 4 rounded corners of iPad3 back side. I have to admit, that it took longer than I expected to see back shield to be fully attached on 4 corners. You have to be PATIENT.
Overall, this is a great product. I have applied five of these shields and am going to order a few more ArmorSuite full body shields now.

great product... bought armorsuit for front and back.. i've only applied these to ipods, and not something as big as an ipad..so i was a little intimidated... just remember... don't rush, and patients will pull you through... set on easy on front of ipad.... just follow instructions, and watch youtube video.. the back was a different story.. the flat part is no problem at all, but the back curved corners are a little difficult as they don't stick down no matter how much solution you use.... until i actually "read" the instructions, and they recomended a hair dryer. this worked great. i found to use the lowest setting on the hair dryer, and instead of blowing at the exposed parts i applied the hair dryer directly above or straight down on corners and applied my thumb in a downward motion while doing so to smooth out while drying... this worked to perfection.. i let it dry for 48 hours as there was a lot of tiny air bubbles to front and back. after 2 days... it's tuff to not use a "brand new" ipad for those 2 days.... but it was perfect... nice grip as well.. sliding motion is not effected. i had also bought a OTTERBOX case for this ipad. and it went on without issue even with the Armorsuit on.. i removed the little clear front plastic screen cover on the otter box as it is not needed after application of Armorsuit.... now my "wifes" "wink-wink" ipad is protected... great product...and in my opinion something like this is needed as sales person at Apple store said "Apple states no skin is needed for protection"... yeah right.... no protection for an overpriced ipad.....???? you decide...

I purchased this for the new iPad 3rd gen 16GB wifi only. I knew I wanted to put an invisibleshield on it before anything else so I decided to give this brand a try after good results with the same product on my friends' iPad 2s. These are a bit harder to put on than the iPhones but patience helps a lot.
I used the shower method where you turn on hot shower and close the door for few mins so the dirt in the air goes down. Then I turned off shower and started applying the shield into the iPad.
The front installation was easy, but that's coming from someone who has done 20+ installs of shields on iPhones and several on the 2nd gen iPads. It fits great on the screen, no big gaps are left. It fits great, not 100% perfect fit but which brand does? . It looked hazy the first few days but goes away after.
The back was harder to install, especially the corners. Make sure to install the splits close together on the 4 corners or else they'll stick out a bit on the edges. I didn't have any haziness on the back and it looked great.
Overall, I would recommend this brand to anybody. It provides a good grip and not as bulky as Zagg's. The lifetime replacement is great, I'll be using it whenever dirt gets trapped under the skin.

Easily applied
It may look hard at first, but if you follow the instruction, it works great. Remember to let it dry for 24 hours. That make a difference.
