The biggest problem I have for this product is the sensitivity of the touch screen decreases after applied it on, probably because of the thickness of the shield. It's normal when touch command on the main screen, but when I slid from the side to the screen to turn function window to card, often time it didn't work as well as before I applied the shield. I think it's a very important gesture function and knowing that it may not work as I do it or I need to put effort on making the gesture more obvious to the machine just kills every merit of this product. Otherwise, I think its application is easy, looks great when it's done and it does prevent fingerprints and grease on the screen well.
Other thing is that it took 2 day for them to handle and 7 days to ship, which adds up to a long waiting time...

I bought this screen protector based on the reviews here on Amazon. I watched the video a couple times before applying the screen protector and even during, pausing after each step. Very good instructions on the video. Make sure you spray the heck out of the adheasive side! Ive applied many screen protectors before on my iPhone and even the best iPhone ones took multiple attempts at getting the perfect fit. The great thing about this screen protector is by using the spray, your able to apply the screen protector on the touchpad and then you can move it around to get it perfect. Just make sure you have a paper towel or some type of towel near by to soak up the excessive water (?) that drips out.
NOW- this paragraph is the reason I wrote the review: Like most people with a touchpad, you've probably applied screen protectors on your phone before and you may not have used the "wet" application like this screen protector is and once the screen protector is in place and everything dries (30 mins later) you'll probably see a bunch of smudge marks between the protector and touchpad glass, and if you're like me you'll think you did something wrong. BUT WAIT! Give a minimum of 24 hours and I would strongly suggest waiting at least 48 hours before you make any decision like to try the process again to get rid of the smudges. To my suprise, after waiting 48 hours, all of the smudges and bubbles that were all over the screen were completely gone!
I am the least patient person in the world, so it wasn't easy for me to give it 24 hours, I kept thinking "no way those smudges are going away". But after about 24 hours most of the imperfections were gone and after 48 hours everything was gone. So moral of the story - BE PATIENT!

- keep towel close by and keep whiping excess liquid as you align the protector
- wait 48 hours before you make any type of decisions to re-apply the protector as it takes that long for the smudges and bubbles and all other imperfections to go away (its like magic or something ;)

I have put vinyl stripes on cars before so I thought this should be easy. But this was by far the toughest install I've done. I finally got it centered and almost all the bubbles out and I looked at the surface and could see where I had to adjust it to center like the adhesive had been shifted or something. Then I wake up the next day and look none of the adhesive movement had faded and the bubbles were still there. Needless to say it is in the garbage now. If you are picky and can't stand to see a bubble or the sleeve is off a bit or at an angle you can see imperfections then don't buy.
