This was a awesome book it has great insight for leaders as well as the Leader of the church I truly believe that this would be a great book for your library also a great book to share with other servers in the church. I feel that this small review is not giving the book justice you will have to read the book for yourself.Gwen

Very good book. Our church uses this book and we have really enjoyed it. Very good on helping to strenghten a church.
