This is the second time I've ordered an item from Leatherup.com, and the second time I've had to exchange it for size issues. I ordered the jacket in the size I normally wear, but it seems these must run small, as it was much too tight. I sent it back to exchange for a larger size, and am still waiting on that.

I would definitely recommend this product to any rider who isn't in a hurry to get/use it. If you want it right away, don't order from this seller. (Xelement is the 'house brand' of Leatherup.com, I've not seen it sold anywhere else.) They ship via the slowest possible method, and even worse they sent a shipping notice & tracking number to me very quickly after I ordered, but didn't actually give the package to FedEx for two days after claiming it was shipped.

Exchanges are 'easy', but processed even slower. From the date my return item was in their hands, it took them 10 days to acknowledge they had received the item back, and they still haven't shipped out the replacement.

If you're looking for a great product and willing to wait a month or so after you order it, this should suit you fine. I'm just not the patient type, and hate it when a company has my money and takes their sweet time about coming through with their end of the bargain.

Jacket was described well in product description. Elbow pads are a worthwhile addition and don't shift around too much. The seams on the jacket are excellent workmanship - those Pakistani kids sure can sew!

Zippered vents with flaps on front and back of jacket for extra ventilation. As has been mentioned in previous reviews, sizes run small. BE SURE TO ADD AT LEAST ONE SIZE. Normally I would have ordered 2XL and for this item I ordered 3XL and the jacket fits fine although they use a Euro-Shirt type pattern that is meant to fit snug around the shoulder and hips.

Very pleased with purchase - Looks good, fits and I hope I never need the armor!

Everything as described or better, fantastic protection, I couldn't ge wet even trying, fantastic reflective system for night riding. Perfect fit!
I will always recommend it and even pay more for it!

Just got it today after ordering a week ago. I'm really digging the jacket and its features so far. Just hopped on the highway with this on and truly appreciated the extra protection and liner which kept me warm but not hot; I was quite comfortable and liked the ability to tighten the wrist and waist straps. The mid-arm adjustment is kind of weak, as the first snap is only spaced like half an inch from the only other snap. If you are short like me, your elbow pads might shift around a little, but it didn't bother me much at all. The jacket itself looks sharp and seems of good quality. Highly recommended! (at least so far, since it *is* only two hours old)

Oh, and make *sure* to order a size larger than you think you need! I did, and am so glad: the "right" size for me (according to the chart) would have been much too snug to zip up.

If you are considering buying a jacket from Leather.Up please Listen.UP because their sizes run way too small. For the ladies you will need to order at least two (2) sizes up, and I recommend for the men to order 1 to 2 sizes up as well. The mens jackets run small but the ladies jackets run way smaller and are not true to size, so heads.up ladies & gentlemen.

BUT, the materials that I've ordered are of really good quality. Their shoes are great and run true to size. Packaging is done well; nothing has been damaged. GREAT TOO is that delivery takes only a few days. So, Leather.Up is a great company to buy from, but just be aware of the size issues. Good luck.

This jacket has 2 chest vents and a back vent, but there is a thin liner (besides the removable liner) that prevents airflow, rendering the vents useless. This jacket is hot in 70 degree weather, can't be worn in any weather hotter than that. For cool weather, it's a nice jacket for the price.

This jacket is pretty cool looking and has great quality but beawere of the sizing!!I order a 2XL for someone that wears size XL and it was ridiculus tight!!! Since my brother in law was going back to Brazil in the very next week, we had to order a new one size 3XL and pay extra for 2 days shipping and return this one, otherwise it wouldn't get to us on time since the delivery time is not as fast as we all wish it could be.

Bought the size L for my son, wow did he look sharp. Made him look about 15 lbs slimmer too. The zip out liner is wonderful, it came in and out about 15 times in 6 months depending on the weather. The armour sections are mom-wonderful, and placed so they didn't affect motion or bending. This jacket is absolutely more helpful in an accident than a leather jacket, and it makes the wearer look sexy. The wearer looks more like a healthy racecar driver than a roadside tavern beer-drinker.
My son wore this and a full-face helmet to go to high school 3 miles away, and I felt in this jacket he would survive almost anything that went amiss.

A medium ordered but does not fit. I am an average asian 5'8" broadly built. Normally wear a size 40 (chest) shirt which corresponds to a medium in this part of the world. However, item is way too tight. Had to be returned for a large. Dont know whether the large will be too large. Await in suspense. Product is fine.

this product arrived soon, and it was perfect fit but you have to order one size bigger than you usually wear, in other facts pretty cool design a little warm for costa rican days but for night riding and rainy days its a good option.
