We recently lost our 11 year old son and this book is never far from me. It has provided me with such comfort, especially when I only have a few minutes to read something. The pictures inside are just beautiful, those alone can bring enomorous comfort and a peaceful feeling. I have given it as a gift many times.

When your world has been torn apart and your foundation rocked to the very core, these excerpts and passages remind you that you have rest and peace in the arms of God. Trust in His word and faith in the scriptures noted are a powerful lift on the road to recovery from loss or hurt. Compact size allows you to carry it whereever you go for on-the-spot ministering.

This is such a comforitng book, I am only 14, but I think this is the coolest book ever. The "devotions" are short and to the point, but sometimes it seems that there was one written especially for you in your time of need. The pictures are very beautifuladn vivid, they remind me of all the care and detail God put into making this earth. I just love knowing that knowing that God loves me, knows all my pain, and is ready to comfort me. I would recomend this to any one who is in pain.

The texts are deep and comforting, the photographs are of striking beauty, and the layout and graphics blend everything nicely: Every page of this book is a work of art! It helps us not to forget there is a loving God.

This book is extremely comforting. It is a short and easy read, but offers alot of inspiration. It is the perfect gift gift anyone who is dealing with the loss of a loved one.

Dr. Dobson has done a beautiful job of writing words of comfort that help readers embrace the healing power available through a relationship with Almighty God, and through His Word. I have found this book to be a valuable source when I'm hurting, and have given it as a gift to many friends who've been blessed by it too. The merchant was very kind to send a second book when the first one arrived damaged. I would recommend that better packing materials are used in the future - I think the book(s) would fare better if they were sent in a bubble envelope.
The book itself (In the Arms of God) is amazing and I would recommend it as a gift to anyone who is grieving or going through a terrible time. I wish the publisher would make more available, as right now they are hard to get.
