I appreciate the diversity that Kim Hill brings to the Christian music industry. Her voice and style is distinct from much of what's out there. Her voice is deep and strong (almost husky at times) in contrast to the many female sopranos. Also, several of her songs have a strong beat, a fast pace, and a confidence about them that I find refreshing. Of her faster songs, I especially enjoy "Shake the Heavens" and "Rain of Your Mercy."

Though when it comes down to it, like other reviewers, her softer more reverant songs are still my favorites. When my father was dying from leukemia, I would leave the hopital, get in my car and play "You are Still Holy." The words behind that song helped hold me together in the face of so many questions and tremendous despair. Through the words of that song, I was able to give that situation and all of my feelings over to God.

Also, I love the poignant little "Up to the Moon," which is about loving your children and raising them up in the Lord. The words are real tear jerkers and frequently my eyes are brimming over when I think about my children growing up and calling me blessed.

This album is moving! My fiance and I especially love "You Are Still Holy". So much in fact we are going to have it played at our wedding. We believe our relationship with one another should reflect our Lord's relationship to all His children. This song represents that kind of acceptance and love. I interested in getting the sheet music to "You Are Still Holy". I'm not sure how to go about it. Can anyone help?

Super praise music! I especially loved "You Are Still Holy"

This is currently my favorite CD. The songs have won me over one at a time. You are still Holy touched my heart last summer when I was going through a personal hard time. The line "Lord, I don't deserve your tender patience when my unbelief has kept me from your truth" was very reassuring. You Alone is the song when I am alone and He is all I need. Show the Way addresses the problem of evil in a powerful, hopeful way.

These songs and the way they are sung bring to into the Holiness of God mixed with the delight that God wants an intimate relationship with. Marvelous.

I first heard "You are still holy" at a women's conference I attended prior to the release of the CD last year. Tears of joy and an overwhelming sense of God's presence and His total awesomeness filled me at the thought of the true content of the words. As a singer, I hope to be able to share this song sometime soon with my congregation. I'm trying to locate the charts/sheet music to provide our band. "You Alone" is another great one. She really hit the mark with these.

I only have this one album by Kim Hill and I found her voice phenomenal and pleasing to listen to..

Her choice of songs on this album are truly inspiring and, in particular "You Alone" for which she co-wrote the lyrics,.is a song of praise and worship to our wonderful God and Heavenly Father.

The last track, which was written by her, brings back so many wonderful memories of my children when they were young and now they have grown 'like beautiful trees'. I recently lost the second youngest of my five children to an incurable illness and, in all my years of correspondence with her...she studied in the States, met her husband there and had three precious little boys there and also died there, I would always end my letters with the words "I love you to the moon and back". There is no measurement of our love for our children and it is, therefore, always a joy to give them our best.

This is an album that will bless your heart and draw you closer to Jesus.

This cd not only encourages me in my walk with Christ, it strengthens me daily to know how much He loves me. "All that I Want" and "You Are Still Holy" are songs that minister to my spirit daily. I would highly recommend this for anyone's collection as it contains many upbeat songs and several songs that take you deep into His throne room and deep into Arms of Mercy.

Every once in a while an album will come along that truly speaks to my heart, and this album is that one. Every time I hear it I am ushered into the very throne room of God. Songs like "You are Still Holy", "Consume Me", "Hold Me Close", and "You Alone" speak to the deepest longings of my soul; the need for purity, holiness, and an intense desire to know the face of my Creator. This album will move you like few others.

This CD is full of great song treasures sung by a a talented woman with a voice so pleasant to the ears. She sings in simple beauty with her soothing, mellow alto voice. The songs help point the soul upward to His safe and strong Arms of Mercy. It's a real keeper. I recommend it to all.
