Even though a lot of people hate the army men series of games I still love em. The simple game play and straightforward mission objectives make for great shooter games. Who shouldn't like blowing things up and shottin enemy tanks from a helicopter - from over a lawn? Buy it if you're not one of those people who overanalyzes all games and concentrates only on the faults.

First of all let me say something to state my position on Army Men Games: I don't like Them....much. The others like Army Men 3D & World War. But last year I purchased Army Men:Air Attack and I really liked it, although I will admit I haven't mananged to get past the final level yet. But Army Men Air Attack 2 is better, it expands the number of missions, multiplayer options, etc. the gameplay isn't much different, but that is actually good. Face it; people complain about "no altitude control" but if it was there, they would complain about it. Just like WWF wrestling games People either complain of NO commentary or REPETITIVE comentary. MAKE UP YOUR MINDS! Anyway, if you want the top Army Men game yet, get this one. If you just follow the "once bad always bad" philosiphy then this game isn't for you; you'll only be picking out the little stuff that wouldn't bother you otherwise.

WOW! THIS GAME IS THE BEST! EVEN WITH 22 MISSIONS, THIS IS THE BEST EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I GOT TO THE 18 MISSION BUT THATS THE PROBLEM.....ITS KINDA HARD.I RECCOMEND THIS AND OTHER ARMY MEN GAMES.

This is awesome! Just like the last one It was fun, had an interesting plot, and you get to fight over a Japanese garden, in a helicopter, while blasting tan army men. Is that cool or what?! With the added Co pilots,levels,and 'copers it makes for a great game. I know that there is no altitude control or horizional view but it's fine without. You dont really need an altitude control and just pull out the map if you want to see ahead. Of all the army men games I've played (Sarges Heroes, Air Attack, Army Men I and II), this one is the best!

The seconde part of air attack.But this one is a lot easer.Only 22 levels? I can't belive it!Anyways the game is very cool.New helicopters:The ol' King cobra,Chinook,Osprey and Apachi.They have one new copliot:Sarge!Anyways in the game there a new villan named baron von beige.Who destroys the green nations.With there super powered plactic weapons.At the same time Woodstock get take down by Baron Von Beige.Now it's up to the Alpha Wolf Squadron to collect plastic to save the green nations and Woodstock as well.Well they should have made atlest 30 missions but there are only 22 missions!The other thing is that they should improved the game.The graphics to me are better then before.The music is ok for an Army Men game.They should have improved the sound effects.The game is excellent if you didn't play air attack one, but if you did you'll like it but you'll find it short.When i first played it i found it great game and stuff.The problem was that i finised it really quickly.6 HOUR ONLY!Then i got air attack one and found out that the one is better but 2 has more fun in it.OK enough with these stuff let's move on the pros and cons:

I have played many f the amry men games from the beginig and Air Attack 2 is the best. If you have a PS2 get it for that but if not The PS one is good. Controls are good and the missionsare easy then get harder. The story is easy to follow but still good. The only thing is that the Helicopters that you work so hard to get arent that good and/or realistic. The Osprey shoos unguided bullets and dont do much damage. The Apache wast its 20 bullets fast and the Chinnok just sucks. The king Cobra is the best. If you get one army man game get this one.

It's more fun when you first start it but while you proceed through the missions it gets tougher.But its REALLY fun just like the first one.

This game is pretty fun but like the original Air Attack, it is just too easy. I beat it in two days and there were only two missions I didn't beat on the first try. This game is not as good as the original. In this game you get only two weapons, one which your copilot specializes in, and one which comes with the particular helicopter you're using. A cool feature is that there are powerups which give you double or triple machine guns. There are more levels featuring huge toys which will do all the work for you if you let them. And the last level is a snap when compared with Air Attack 1's last level.
The two player mode is the best feature. There are several different game types, including deathmatch, capture the flag, and one where you try to find one of each type of food item before your opponent. There is also a two-player cooperative mode.
Overall, I recommend renting this game, not buying it.

You blow up tanks and kill plastic men. the problem is you can't get to the 15th, out of 20, level. Its just to hard!

Every month a new "Army Men" game is released, and for what? To sucker people into buying what looks like a decent game, but is in fact just the opposite. I felt terrible the other day when I saw a little boy buying this as he recited the series' tagline: "Real combat, plastic men." I couldn't save that kid, but hopefully I can save you from making a mistake. Please do not buy this for a friend or relative. Spare them. It's your duty, soldier.
