The Green and Tan armies make another appearance on the Game Boy Color. This time they've taken to the air in ARMY MEN: Air Combat. You can take control of three different helicopters and melt your enemies with a full arsenal of pyrotechnic weaponry. Try to master 16 missions with varied objectives such as escort duty, search and rescue, delivery missions, and bombing runs. All of these missions take place in treacherous environments like beaches, playgrounds, picnic areas, and the backyard. Throughout the game you will have to keep an eye out for the Tan army as well as bees, ants, and out of control RC cars. The men may be plastic, but the combat is real in ARMY MEN: Air Combat

I just got this game today and I think it's really fun, but it's a little too challenging. I got to level two and it's really hard. I'd recommend this game to older gamers.

This is a port of the N64/PLAYSTATION classic, Army Men Air Attack. Surprisingly, not too much has changed. All the missions are there, and there is a lot of stuff to do. However, not all is goog in the world of green. First off, the aiming controls are not near as good as I would have expected. Second, the camera is placed at an odd position. But the overall thing that kept me from really enjoying this is the difficulty. Now matter how you look at it, the levels are quite difficult. This is not a good thing considering it is aimed at a younger audience. However, there are plpenty gamers out there who enjoy a good challenge, and if that is you, then go buy this product immediately. Others should either rent or find some cheat codes before buying.

I wanted to get this game because it was 5 stars and sounded good. But when I started to play the controls were hard and everywhere you went there were enemies. I couldn't get past the 1st level. You had to find something that was impossible to find. But the graphics were a 10 and the weapons were good too. That's why I gave it 2 stars. It's a good game for those who like a 1-level game and those who just like to roam around. It's not worth buying.
