I recently bought a Bolins 38" lawn tractor which is made by MTD. Well I had to by the bags for around another $300.00. These things are made so cheaply that I feel as though I got screwed for what they cost me. Out side of the actual mount everything else is plastic including the top of the bags frame! The chute fits together very slopy and the plastic snap screws already broke (probably because of the loose fit) after only three times of using it. My chute system which is very thin plastic is now held together with mans best friend, DUCT TAPE! The top canopy just flops. Had I known these would be such crap I would have kept my old bag system and modified the tractor mount to make them fit. If I get two seasons out of these I'll be thrilled. Oh I only have about 1/2 acre so it's like they are abused.

I have been very pleased with how well this attachment has been built. Seems like it will last forever. This sure beats raking leaves by hand and cleaning up cut grass piles. It makes my lawn look like I really care about it.

Bought this a little over a year ago. Easy to install, works good and seems durable. I see complaints about the quality, however, it is built the same as what you can get at your local lawn and garden store - only it's $100 cheaper. Nothing has broken or failed so the I am pleased with the quality. My only complaint is that they are cheaper now than they were a year ago when I bought mine.

This is a great product for an awesome price. It works perfectly. It has a large capacity and works wonderfully on our 1 acre lot.

I read the other reviews After purchasing this bagger. I became a bit nervous did not know what to expect. I have now been using it for a couple months and I am very happy with it works just like I expected to work not a single problem of any kind. My second-hand tractor is alleged to be MTD, but model and serial number have been erased over many years. I took a chance and ordered this leaf bagger and it did not fit. However, by working with the directions I was able to see how it was supposed to work, drilled a couple of holes and it worked. The product itself is a good, heavy duty bagger that works very well. If manufacturer had drilled holes for older MTD, I'd have given it five stars.

Sent us a grass catcher for our riding lawn mower that didnt even match the box, so it did not fit our lawn mower. Called and was sent an attachment and after two calls we got the right part so it finally worked. I'm happy now.

For the price you would pay for this attachment, you should just put it into a savings account until you have enough to buy a new mower with its own bagger. It was a nightmare attaching to my riding lawn mower. After getting two additional shipments from the seller, until I finally got all the parts, my cousin-in-law and I still had to rig the thing to fit decently. I was going to have to pay an additional $35 for a kit to retrofit the unit to my lawn mower but after threatening to send it all back, they sent the kit to me. It would have been $35 for two additional brackets that still do not properly fit. All this after I sent an initial email to the seller confirming the model# to my mower and that their product would fit.

So, after getting it attached and using it, I was somewhat pleased. The tube from the deck to the collection bags is only held by a rubber strap but its only popped off once. It picks up EVERYTHING! Leaves, pecans, small rocks, and DIRT. I pretty much took off all the loose topsoil in my yard. I lined the collection bags with yard bags because of another person's comment on how they fray easily. Perhaps, if I had left them as they are the dirt would have fell through.

It took me 5 days to mow my yard, which is maybe 3/4 of an acre. I'm not sure. There are many trees on my property. I wound up with 100 bags of "leaves" picked up by the bagging system.

I will most likely just start mowing higher and mow year-round. I would hate to have to use this product again.

Great product. Easy to assemble and it works great on my 2010 38" Yard Machine Lawn Tractor. The price was also much better than I found at other sites.

This bagger was broken when it arrived, it did NOT fit my 2003 MTD mower,[ I had ordered the older model bagger] way too much junky plastic AND poorly designed. I could go on in detail, but I feel I have wasted enough $ and time on this piece of junk.
