This is one of the simpler models of rice cooker from Aroma. It doesn't have the fancy fuzzy logic temperature/humidity sensing features of more expensive models, which actually makes it more versatile.I use this thing for oatmeal, steaming vegetables, soups, and of course rice. It really is a low pressure pressure cooker. One thing to be aware of, you may get a unit that runs too hot. If that happens, your rice will slightly burn on the bottom. Get a replacement. Otherwise, this is a great appliance. |
