This product is easy to use and never burns my rice. Set it and forget it! Straight forward and durable, plus it looks great in my apartment.

We have used this rice cooker regularly for 3+ years. It works like a champ if you are cooking three or more cups of dry rice. The retracting cord is great and we have always found the parts easy to clean. It also cooks rice quickly (15-20 minutes).
My only complaint is that it tends to brown the bottom when you make two or fewer cups of dry rice. All in all, it is a very solid rice cooker and a great investment. |
