I almost wanted to eat the book!
The combination of basic information with aromatically enhanced recipes makes Aroma a highly recommended addition to any personal or professional cookbook collection.
There is a source section at the back of the book but it would have been much more useful if it has listed specific ingredients and then the exact source.
