I am in Massachusetts and find I'm always cold when I go upstairs to bed and can't sleep. However, when I wake up in the middle of the night I'm always far too hot in all the layers I add at night. My husband got me a seal for Christmas and it is absolutely indispensible.I simply put it in the microwave for a minute and a half and take the seal to bed. It just radiates heat. It is dense but very soft and so it is easy to curl up with and enjoy the warmth. I can now leave the heat set several degrees lower, saving me a lot of money on heating and also saving me the middle of the night wake-ups because I'm too warm. This is a lifesaver! |
