This invaluable pack contains a comprehensively illustrated book, Natural Healing for Back Pain, by Leon Chaitow, and two bottles of aromatherapy oils suitable for back massage. Back pain is a major problem in industrialized societies, but this book shows that much of it is preventable if simple guidelines relating to work positions, posture, and exercise are respected. The approach taken is holistic and the value of complementary therapies is emphasized.
