I fall asleep every time I use it,

I listen to relaxing music and put this over my eyes. Sometimes I heat it up, sometimes I cool it down. Sometimes I just put it over my eyes. While I don't find it curing eye dryness or itchiness (some if you use it cold), it does soothe tired eyes considerably. I zonk right out when I use it. Great product!
