While one reviewer rated this video boring I have to disagree. A very experienced person in aromatherapy might find it boring, but for someone very new to the subject of aromathery will find this a very good introduction to the art. A woman speaks during the whole video, there are no other image except her face. It would be better to record it on an audio cassette.
