This book was exactly what I was looking for. I was interested in trying out essential oils, but had never used any before and didn't really know where to begin. This book has lots of photos, and helpful, easy-to-understand information. There is info about the uses and benefits of various essential oils, lists of the most helpful essential oils for specific purposes, and clear instructions on the methods of use for essential oils. I couldn't be happier with this book. It's an excellent beginners guide with all the basics you need to know to get started.

this is a mini version of everything you need to know about how to treat comon ailments with essential oil. it also has a wonderful list of essential oils descriptions and benefits. if you were to travel this is the book to get in your bag. nice photographs on massages, plants, herbs. is like a mini illustrated guide of herbs and oils, uses, ect. gives wonderful tips and uses for any affection. highly recommend with wornmwood, and lawless books.
