I was a bit disappointed only because I was looking for material somewhat more advanced and comprehensive. For anyone who is curious about either one of these topics or interested in combining energy medicine with the application of essential oils, this is a wonderful introduction to the field. There's a great deal here to inspire as well as to immediately put into practice and experience results.

The book explaines in detail the diffferent techniques used and the effects it has on the body. Iv'e heard of the seven chakras but never understood the meaning of them. This book explains them and goes into simple detail and the of them meanings. I highly recommend if you are a beginner like I am and want to understand the basics of energy fields.
