Clary sage for energy, rosewood for romance - from personal health and mood management to pet care and gift giving, Aromatherapy Through the Seasons answers every need with clear directions and recipes.
Paula M. Bousquet grew up in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. An avid reader who got her library card as soon as she could sign her name to the card request she always borrowed the maximum allowed books per library visit. Although she loved fiction, any topic was interesting to her: biographies, craft books, cook books, history of the area in which she grew up.
Paula has worked as a book seller, herb gardener, fabric store clerk, technical writer, legal secretary, software trainer, business analyst, computer programmer, bookkeeper, editor, tax preparer, and waitress. A technical writer by profession, she considers herself a Dabbler -- delving into various topics until her curiosity has been satisfied. Most recently, her interest in weight loss through improved metabolism and her blog on CurvesComplete.com, earned her the title of Summer Blogger of the Season for "Diane" the Curves for Women (TM) member magazine.
In 1991, writing as Paula B. Hottin, she published her first book, "Mastering MultiMate 4.0," an award-winning how-to for the then-popular word processing software, MultiMate.
In 1999, as Paula M. Bousquet, she published "Seasons of Aromatherapy" which she wrote with Judith Fizsimmons. In 2005 the team published "Aromatherapy Answers: Your Practical Guide to Common Ailments."
She is currently working on a memoir of her grandfather and his approach to green living and raising five children during the depression.
