The springs are functional, the finish and quality very good for the price. These are made for a more traditional shaped shoe and are not ideal for a trendy, pointy toe mens shoe, but are pretty good none the less. I ordered 2 pair just to make sure they wernt junk and will order another set over the next day or so. Trees are very important to maintain your quality leather shoes (they hold the shape and help prevent creasing, absorb moisture and deodorize).

I am quite happy with them. An excellent value!

These shoe trees are not cheap; however, they are better made than any other shoe tree I've purchased.

I was particularly impressed by the full heel form. Other shoe trees have a narrow cedar bar for the heel. The heel form also has a metal knob for removal from the shoe.

Other features include double bars connecting toe and heel shapes and a raised shoe tongue form. The toe section is also constructed in 2 pieces which I assume can be adjusted to better fit the width of the shoe.

A worthwhile accesssory for good shoes.

These shoe trees do what they promise, with a nice scent, too. I bought for my husband's shoes, which are larger than what the product supposedly fit. No problem, they still work! He wears a size 13. He and I are both happy with the purchase!

If odor is a problem, these would be great shoe trees. However, I was really looking for a "stretching" action. These don't allow for enough stretch in width. Definitely freshens up the shoes however.

These shoe trees are well made using good quality material. My problem is they run small - very small. The product information says, "the shoe trees were designed for Men's shoe sizes 8 -11 (although some customers have reported they don't work for size 11 shoes)". My shoes size is 10-1/2. To give you an idea of how small these are, I need to insert corrugated cardboard shims behind the heel of each shoe tree to make a reasonably tight fit. If you don't mind doing that, they're fine.

Shoe trees are shoe trees. These work fine, real cedar and fit the size shoe they are intended for.

I have ceda9r shoetrees for all my leather shoes. I recently purchased the above noted pair of cedar shoetrees. They are very nice and of good construction, but a little too small. I wear 9.5 to 10 size men's dress shoes and these trees don't stretch the shoes. They are a bit too short to be really effective. I will put something on the end of each tree to make them longer and put more pressure on the leather. Next time I will buy larger trees if available.

I put one pair in my running shoes and one pair in my basketball shoes. They absorb the sweat nicely (I used to use newspaper) and hopefully will extend the life of my shoes. These slip in and out easily and are durable. I've had them 4 months.

They ran very small. It says size 8-11, but I wear a 10 (wide) and it fit one pair of shoes but too small for another. They were also very narrow. On the positive side they were spring loaded and slipped in easily. The cedar was also very good for the price.
