Just completed a bicycling tour around Lake Erie and had this nice little book with me. It gives some great history on most of the tiny towns I went through, along with some highlights. She gives places to stay overnight as well, but I think the main thing this book is missing is information on campgrounds. There is basically none. She mentions a few state parks and mentions that camping is allowed a couple times, but she does not address the many privately owned campgrounds to be found all along the lake, many of which are gems I would not have known about if not for the "adventure cycling" maps.
A good book, but could use more overnight info other than B&B's.
