I LOVE THIS COOKBOOK!!! My sister got it for her wedding and I wanted to try the crepes suzette recipe. Even though I left out a minor ingredient or two, everything I've made so far turns out PERFECT. And I have never cooked much before in my life.

The ingredients are not that hard to find and the steps are clearly explained, including a list of ingredients in the order of addition. This is a GREAT cookbook and I am going to look for more of the same. Finally, I can cook fantastic tasting food for myself without having to eat out! THANKS SO MUCH!

While many cookbooks are strangely expensive, this relatively cheap one (for size, volume, print quality) has a certain flair (or style), in the selection of recipes, that made me buy it. This is a very subjective rating, but, anyway, there's something good about these British publishing houses...

This is very nice recipes book that allows you to taste food from around the world.
The step-by-step directions in the book are very easy to follow, especially if you just start learning to cook like me. There are pictures in almost every page, which I find really helpful. I always have this book handy in my kitchen.

I have been all over the world collecting recipies. This book tells my story. I have used the Tanzanian Fish Stew recipe many times and have changed it and added to it. This is my favorite cookbook by far.

Beautiful pictures, tasty, easy to follow recipies. Covers most of the countries of the world...an enjoyable way to try several different cultures in your own kitchen.

This is an amazing book. I borrowed it from my cousin thinking it was just another book where all the recipes I try will turn out awful..somehow most of the books don't have tried and tested recipes. But this book is amazing. Almost all the dishes I've tried out have turned out good. In fact I'm making the creole cheese puffs today for a potluck :)
