Review

This book was truly amazing! I'm 14. I started reading it and I could not put it down! I loved every single part of it! - Purplelover312, iTunes

I loved this book. I am 13 and I couldn't put it down. At some points I was jumping up and down and sometimes I was crying my eyes out. I think it was the best book I have read in my life, and I have read a lot of books. - Becca1108, iTunes

I'm a 15 year old guy and I admit this is the first romance novel I've ever read. It's one of the deepest and most meaningful books I've ever read. I hope that many other people will read this truly beautiful story. - #1FallingUpFan, iTunes

My 14 year old daughter asked to read this book. I read the reviews and it appeared to be appropriate, so I bought it. This book is pretty graphic about foreplay and sex and made her feel uncomfortable. Not recommended for younger teens.

Apparently all the old negative review for the prior version were wiped when the author tweaked the book title. It was just called Arousing Love before and now it's called Arousing Love, a teen novel. In the former version, there was some heavy sex scenes with the preaching. It was a bit odd to read so much erotica-like content in a supposed Christian romance. I read from the other negative reviews that the sexual content is still there. I don't believe the sexual content makes this an appropriate book for teens or YA. I hope the author remove the teen tag on the title. It's really mislead the parents. Hopefully the parents here take the time to read it before they download it for their kids.

This really could've been a good book, but I really disliked how God and the Bible were mentioned on almost every page. Don't get me wrong, I respect Christianity and all that, but this book was really not my thing.
Anyways, the dilogue and spelling were all great, it was also kinda sweet, but as I said, definetely not my thing.

This is for sure not a story for everyone. It is full of young love, sexual context, and religion. While I understand that a lot of teens are faced with this type of situations and how it affects their view on religion this story was just not for me. I find myself having a really difficult time with writing a fair and unbiased opinion because the views in this book are just so different from my own beliefs and how I think. I think that some people would really enjoy this story but I could not connect or understand the point of view so it was not for me.

Worst Book Ever Written. Evangelical Christian Soft-core Porn.

I tried this because it was free and I am looking for books for my daughter's Kindle. I must say this was a huge surprise. I discovered a whole new genre that I did not know existed: Soft-core Evangelical Christian Pornography. This was just sick, it failed as porn, and it failed as Christian. Truly some of the worst drek I ever have had the displeasure to read. It made me want to wash my eyeballs in rubbing alcohol. I particularly like the end where the father basically sold his underage daughter to an older man. . .It made my Kindle smell like garbage. Seriously if this author has any soul left at all he should never, ever write anything again, not even a grocery list.

'Arousing Love' is indeed an inspiring love story. I enjoyed reading of their seemingly doubtful love immensely, and I do hope those who read this story are just as touched as I was, especially younger individuals. This is a rather incredibly written story that includes a great and equal combination of a love at first sight, enduring temptations that will undoubtedly arise, handling hard times no matter how threatening they may seem, trusting in what you want most and giving it your all. Throughout 'Arousing Love', you are also able to witness how Zach, Joanna, and her family use their faith to guide them. There is a religious aspect incorporated in this book, but you do not feel as if you are being choked by the religious views. I typically felt refreshed after reading. I feel as if I kind of quit reading a book in the middle of it with how the story ended, and I do wish there would have been at least some type of insight during the agreed upon time to wait. Other than those two small things, this is an insightful and fun story. I do hope Storm decides to write further into their lives together.

I couldn't relate and I think it is stupid for two people to decide to get married just to have sex because they are "Christians".
