This review is from: Arp: Painter, Poet, Sculptor (Hardcover)
there is not much published material on Arp still available...this book features insights and perspectives on his work which are unlike those found in older books on the man...while there are some glorious color photos of wooden pieces and sculpture (and many in b&w as well) the text is certainly the main body of this volume...I had little trouble finding a used copy in like new condition and love re-reading this book...if you are an Arp fan this book will speak to you...a great companion volume would be a used copy of "Arp" by Serge Fauchereau...there are many copies available online at very affordable prices and this book is profusely illustrated with many color photos of marvelous sculpture, wood reliefs and paper works...also very highly recomended!

This review is from: Arp: Painter, Poet, Sculptor (Hardcover)
I found this book to be profound in its discriptions and discussions of the admired Arp in the time of creating in a most unique way. Highly recommended to those wishing a deeper understanding of what transpired during the Da Da Movement.
