I have some issues on how to arrange my gum paste flowers when I decorate my cake. I find this book very handy in giving me ideas and tips on how to arrange and design my cake's floral arrangement without losing my own touch on how I decorate my cake. For cake decorators without any experience in floral arrangement this is the answer to your needs when you are at a loss of how to decorate your cake that is easy and and the finished product looks great that your customers hate to slice their cake.
