Brazilian music is just like its futebol (soccer), every year, new stars come up to shine in what they do, and this Brazilian Diva is just another perfect example of that.
Arrebol is a great CD but Aline's voice is fabulous!!!! so fresh, so beautiful, so on pitch, I love it, and... she writes and co-writes most all of the songs. And to make matters better, Aline is surrounded by wonderful musicians who add that special Jazzy touch to MPB; people like: - Vinicius Cantuaria / Loops, Tablas, Electric Guitars, Horn Arrangements and Production - Paulo Braga (ex-Tom Jobim and Manfredo Fest drummer) / Drums - Paul Socolow (ex-Tom Jobim and Manfredo Fest bassist) / Bass Guitar - Marivaldo dos Santos / Percussions - Gustavo Saiani / Guitars - and many more... Very recommendable................ |
