I am not generally a big fan of guacamole, and originally got this salsa for our oldest daughter, who loves the stuff. But one taste of this smooth, flavorful salsa, and I was hooked. It's on the higher end of spicy, but the heat goes away with protracted tasting. Tastes really, really good IN things, as well as on them.
