At the age of 60 now and after a past surgery of greater vein removal I wear these support socks every day to work as a heavy duty diesel mechanic and am quite satisfied with the ease of putting them on as compared to some other brands, not to mention the major benefit of no restless leg syndrome nor the tired leg feeling after massive amounts of movement & heavy lifting. Suprisingly enough I do not find these socks to be excessivly hot or cold in the climate. I appreciate this product with it's ability to make me feel better at work, even when I do not want to be there-LOL .

A bought them for a trip to Europe after reading several medical articles about DVT. Wow! They are truly comfortable. No leg pain at all on the long flight. I now wear them on all flights no matter the length. I'm going to get a couple of more pair for auto trips and anything where I will be seated for long periods of time. Buying these is just the safe thing to do if you travel any at all.

Worn on overseas flight
Bought a pair for myself and one for my husband as well. With minimal getting up and walking around, neither one of us had the least bit of swelling or fatigue. Great product!

Compression socks
Normally, on long plane rides my legs swell, these socks kept that from happening. These socks also worked well when going for long walks.

Socks are ok. They seem to lose a bit with washing but they are ok. For more compression, I'd go with a running sock, etc. Depends on what you want.
