If you've ever been to West Grand Ave or lived in a old run down Victorian in downtown Oakland this album will resonate with you. It also helps if you've seen the band live, like I have. This album is far superior to their other undertaking.

I saw this band with RX Bandits, they were so energetic and good live I bought their CD. I must say, it's a good one. The songs are catchy but they aren't buffed to perfection and the lyrics are interesting.
