I used it tonight to put down new carpet pad, it cut my time in half. I previously used a craftsman electric staple gun, this thing works better and faster.

Worked great for insulating a 12 x 24 room. Just watch out for your fingers. It goesright through a thumbnail with ease.

solid and quick stapler. doesn't require too much force, which was my only concern with this style of stapler. keep your hands away if you're stapling filter fabric or felt paper or something.

I just used this for the first time today helping my wife reupholster a bench and the arrow worked great. It took a few practice swings to get the hang of how hard I had to swing and get my aim right but after that it was quick work to put in several dozen staples in a very short time. I'm going to use this to install reflective insulation in my attic and I am actually looking forward to the job now that I've seen how well the Arrow works.

Used it for just one very small job so far rather than my hand-held squeeze-type stapler the latter of which was more difficult to use. This one was very easy to use.

I used this tool for stapling tar-paper to a plywood sub-floor, tacking insulation between studs and various other projects. In that time it has jammed on me a handful of times. One time the jam was so bad I had to disassemble the unit to fix it. On the bright side, it wasn't hard to fix but still slowed me down as you can imagine. You can also bust your knuckles up pretty bad if you are using it fast and at the wrong angle. It may sound like I am bashing the product so far but these are my only real complaints and why I took 1 star away. Most of the time it is a real time saver, is pretty heavy duty and seems built to last. Would I recommend it? Yes - but I have to say at this point I am curious about some of the other Arrow models available, such as the one that seems to protect your knuckles a bit. If I ever get around to buying one of those I'll have to remember to update this review and let you all know how it compares and if it is worth the upgrade...

The hammer tacker needed grease, very sticky. It jammed alot on the roof, had to throw it off and have a roof gun sent up.
